Currently…

I’m currently an Innovation Designer with IBM Client Engineering in the Industry Market, where I work on cross-functional teams leading through Enterprise Design initiatives to build small-scale MVPs to solve targeted business and stakeholder problems for our Fortune 500 clients.

I pride myself on being a scrappy, resourceful designer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, turning complexity into clarity

role + responsibilities

Client Engineering is a pre-sales initiative. It is made up of cross-functional squads who rapidly innovate and co-create on pilots with IBM’s Fortune 500 clients to demonstrate value.

As a Client Engineering Innovation Designer, I combine service design, human-centered design thinking, and strategy consulting principles to understand my client’s business needs and pain points via hands-on UX workshops. I then translate those needs & pain points into frameworks such as user flows, project maps, or prototypes for our engineers to utilize in building targeted valuable solutions.

A typical Client Engineering project team is made up of:
